On Thursday evenings (Saturday afternoons in the winter), CAANS members are invited to attend the open training session at the barn (MacKenzie Centre). There is a Code of Conduct in effect and all members are expected to review and adhere to it.
The two hour and fifteen minute block of time that CAANS has booked the MacKenzie Centre for their open training session is divided into three 45 minute training groups. The order of the training groups changes monthly - please check the schedule above and ensure you attend the proper session:

| Starters (Dogs and handlers who are training at the Starters level in all heights or who want a little more time to work on the modules) |
If you are a member of the first group training for the evening, please plan to arrive a few minutes early to help with setting the courses. If you are part of the last group of the evening, please help to clear the equipment out of the main arena area.
There is no one person responsible for opening the barn on the training nights. A list of volunteers for the current month appears below. If you would like to volunteer to open the barn, please contact the CAANS Program Director.
